Bonus Wagering Requirements Apply

Governed by Philippine Law

Account Currency
All arionpl Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits made in foreign currency via USDT TRC20 will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. arionpl does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for rate fluctuations.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the arionpl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any arionpl platform content without arionpl's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arionpl shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the arionpl platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events.
arionpl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's arionpl Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
Gambling involves financial risk. arionpl does not guarantee any particular outcome, profit, or return. Only wager amounts you can afford to lose. arionpl is not responsible for financial losses incurred during normal gaming activity.
arionpl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account with or without prior notice where arionpl reasonably believes that:

If a resolution is not achieved within this period, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
