Defined Retention Periods

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how arionpl ("arionpl", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal information of individuals ("you", "Player", "Data Subject") who access, register with, or use the arionpl online gaming platform accessible at arionpl.vip.
arionpl is operated under PAGCOR authorization and is required to collect and process certain categories of personal data to fulfil its regulatory obligations, deliver gaming services, process financial transactions, and prevent fraud and money laundering. arionpl acts as the Data Controller in respect of personal data collected through the arionpl platform. As Data Controller, arionpl determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing is conducted lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

Service Providers

Regulatory Authorities
arionpl is required to share player data with PAGCOR and, where applicable, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines in connection with regulatory reporting, licence conditions, and legal investigations. arionpl will comply with all valid regulatory and law enforcement requests.
Game Providers
Third-party game studios whose titles are hosted on the arionpl platform may receive anonymised or pseudonymised session data for the purpose of game integrity verification. Full personal data is not shared with game providers.

arionpl does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age. The arionpl platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above, as required by PAGCOR. During Account registration, arionpl requires declaration of date of birth and conducts KYC verification to confirm age eligibility.
If arionpl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the associated Account will be immediately closed, all personal data collected will be deleted in accordance with applicable law, and any Wallet balance will be returned to the verified payment method. The arionpl platform primarily processes and stores personal data within data centres serving the Philippines region. Where personal data is transferred to service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or international game studios — arionpl ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including contractual data processing agreements that impose data protection standards equivalent to those required under RA 10173.
arionpl will not transfer your personal data to a jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without first obtaining your explicit consent or ensuring equivalent contractual protections are in place.
arionpl reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via registered mobile number notification or a prominent notice on the arionpl platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Policy takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address a security risk.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the arionpl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
